Call us or book online

Easily book online for a same day or next day repair. Our lovely customer service team will arrange everything behind the scenes and send you a booking confirmation with a 1 hour attendance window.

We get to you

One of our own friendly, expert engineers will attend on time. They will have the right PPE and will be wearing shoe coverings!

We fix

Our friendly engineers will carry out their work hassle free and tidy up after themselves. All our work is guaranteed, so you don’t have to worry.

Our Decorating Prices

We charge a minimum of one hour on all our jobs. Thereafter we charge in half-hour increments. We do not charge for a call-out, travel time, fuel, parking, Congestion/ULEZ, or extra for our 1-hour emergency response (subject to availability) - unlike our competitors.

Works required outside these hours incur an additional £35 + vat per hour. For larger works contact us for competitive day rates or a fixed price quote.

1 hour minimum charge on hourly rate work, then in 30 minute increments
Payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice by credit/debit card (payment can be made on your own device via a secure payment link in an email or sms)
Quotes are generally free, but some may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, time, and location
Fixed prices (*) are subject to VAT and can be provided either verbally or in writing upon request before work commences
Commercial boiler & gas safety certificates are charged at commercial & gas hourly rates
Materials are charged at trade prices plus a 25% mark up and are subject to VAT
Material collection for non-stock items is kept to a minimum and will not exceed 45 minutes of the current hourly rate for that trade
Invoices are digital (hard copies are available upon request) and show a full description of works including times and a full breakdown of labour and materials
We do not charge extra for credit card payments
We accept all credit cards including Amex
